微博用户信息偶遇行为影响因素研究

摘要 [目的/意义]以移动互联网环境下的微博用户为研究对象,探究其信息偶遇行为影响因素,补充这一情境下的信息偶遇研究。[方法/过程]基于已有文献提取出用户信息偶遇的相关影响因素,结合移动互联网环境下的微博特性,从用户层面以及信息层面构建微博用户信息偶遇影响因素模型,并通过问卷法收集相关数据,对该模型进行实证检验与修正。[结果/结论]自我披露、信息多样性、信息热度、信息可靠性对微博用户信息偶遇行为影响显著,微博用户的自我效能以及在线信任对信息偶遇的影响并不显著。 [Purpose/Significance]Taking the Weibo users under the mobile Internet environment as the research object,this paper explores the influential factors of information encounter behavior in order to supplement the information encounter research under this situation.[Method/Process]Based on the existing literature,the relevant influential factors of user information encounter are extracted.Combining the characteristics of Weibo under the mobile Internet environment,the Weibo user information encounter factors model is constructed from the user level and the information level,relevant data is collected through the questionnaire method,and empirical test and revision are conducted on the model.[Results/Conclusion]Self-disclosure,information diversity,information popularity and information reliability have significant effect on information encounter behavior of Weibo users,while their self-efficacy and online trust have no significant effect on information encounter behavior.
