摘要
针对氨气在多孔介质内的燃烧特性,利用CHEMKIN软件简化了氨气详细燃烧机理,利用FLUENT软件研究了当量比、入口流速、孔隙率对氨气稳燃范围的影响。结果表明:综合DRGEP法和敏感性分析法得到的包含20种组分和65步基元反应的简化机理可以很好地预测氨气的燃烧情况。氨气在多孔介质燃烧内的稳燃当量比范围为0.15~0.45,稳燃速度范围为0.2~0.4 m/s。加入多孔介质后显著降低了NOx排放量,NOx浓度随当量比和入口流速的增加而增加。综上,多孔介质燃烧技术可以实现氨气的高效清洁燃烧。
Focusing on combustion characteristics of ammonia in porous media,the detailed combustion mechanism of ammonia was simplified by using CHEMKIN software.The effects of equivalence ratio,inlet flow rate,and porosity on stable combustion range of ammonia were studied by using FLUENT software.The results show that the simplified mechanism obtained by combining DRGEP method and sensitivity analysis,including 20 components and 65 elementary reactions,can well predict ammonia combustion.The equivalent ratio of stable combustion of ammonia in porous media ranges from 0.15 to 0.45,and the stable combustion inlet velocity ranges from 0.2 to 0.4 m/s.NOx emission can be significantly reduced with the application of the porous medium,and NOx concentration increases with the increase of the equivalence ratio and the inlet flow rate.In conclusion,the porous medium combustion technology can be used to realize efficient and clean combustion of ammonia.
