为解决目前路面预防性养护存在易开裂易脱层的问题,采用水性环氧树脂作为粘结材料,提高细集料的粘附力和耐久性,改善含砂雾封层在钢桥面铺装中的适用性,研发出高性能封层预防性养护技术。该技术为钢桥面铺装预防性养护工程提供了更优异的技术方案,能有效提高铺装使用寿命,延长养护周期,减少养护次数。

In order to solve the problems of cracking and delamination of preventive maintenance of pavement,the high performance preventive maintenance technology has been developed,where waterborne epoxy resin is used as a bonding material to improve the adhesion and durability of fine aggregates,and to improve the applicability of sand-fog-containing sealing layer in steel bridge deck pavement.The development of this technology provides a better technical scheme for the preventive maintenance of steel bridge deck pavement,which can effectively improve the service life of the pavement and reduce the frequency of traffic maintenance.
