Evolutionary Game Analysis of the Synergistic Relationship between Tutors and Graduate Students in Ideological and Political Education

思政教育既是研究生人才培养改革的创新实践,也是新时代社会高质量高水平人才培养的现实回应。在有限理性假设前提下,构建了导师与研究生双方演化博弈模型,对复制动态方程的平衡点进行了分析,深入探讨了导师与研究生在思政教育中的协同关系,有针对性地提出了思政教育中研究生培养的管理策略。

Ideological and political education is not only innovative practice of postgraduate talent training reform,but also realistic response to the cultivation of high-quality and high-level talents in the new era.Under the premise of bounded rationality,an evolutionary game model between the tutor and the graduate student is constructed,the balance point of the replication dynamic equation is analyzed,and the synergistic relationship between the tutor and the graduate student in ideological and political education is deeply discussed.And the management strategy of postgraduate training in ideological and political education is put forward in a targeted manner.
