摘要
针对目前在压缩机转速对电动汽车热泵空调系统制冷性能的影响,尤其是对标准制冷与高温制冷性能的影响和对比分析较少的现状,在依据该课题组研究成果上,设计了一套带低压补气的电动汽车热泵空调试验台,研究了两种工况下不同压缩机转速对系统制冷性能的影响。结果表明:压缩机转速在3 000~5 000 r/min时,相比标准工况,高温工况冷凝温降减小5.7%~5.3%、COP减小26%~21.3%、制冷量减小1.8%~5.6%、出风温度增大10.4%~8.9%。
Based on few research of the influences of compressor speed on the refrigeration performance of electric vehicle heat pump air-conditioning system, especially on standard refrigeration and high-temperature refrigeration performances, a test bench of electric vehicle heat pump air conditioner with low-pressure air supplement was designed, the influences of different compressor speeds on refrigeration properties of air conditioner at two working conditions were studied.The results show that when the compressor speed is between 3 000 and 5 000 r/min, compared with standard conditions, the condensation temperature under high temperature condition is reduced by 5.7%~5.3%, the COP is reduced by 26%~21.3%, the cooling capacity is reduced by 1.8%~5.6%, the air outlet temperature increases by 10.4%~8.9%.
