摘要
通过实验和理论计算研究了气膜软接触连铸技术 ,发现气膜的连续性、稳定性对铸坯质量有重要影响 ,气体的背压随气体流量的增大而增大 ,随拉坯速度的增大而降低 。
The gas film soft contact continuous casting (GFC) was investigated experimentally and numerically.The results show that the continuity and stability of gas film have significant influence on billet quality,and the gas backpressure increases with the gas volume increasing and decreases with casting speed increasing.These results also give a significant experiment foundation for optimizing the technological parameters of the GFC process and the structure of mold.
