不黏煤捕收剂试验及其浮选促进机理研究

摘要 低阶煤表面存在大量的含氧官能团,使其在浮选过程中难以很好地完成矿化过程,导致低阶煤浮选产率低。为了解决传统的柴油等极性油捕收剂在低阶煤浮选中选择性较差,不能有效分选的问题,采用一种高效捕收剂对陕西正通煤业不黏煤煤样进行浮选试验,并与柴油作为捕收剂的试验进行了对比。通过红外光谱、拉曼光谱、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、光学接触角等检测试验,进一步分析了高效捕收剂的浮选促进机理。试验结果表明:煤样表面存在的含氧基团在浮选过程中降低了煤的可浮性;相比柴油捕收剂,高效捕收剂增大了煤粒的接触角,可使浮选精煤灰分降低4.06个百分点。 The low-rank coal is rendered difficult to well undergo mineralization in flotation process due to the presence of a large amount of oxygen-bearing functional groups on its surface,causing as a result the low yield in the flotation of such coal.The use of traditional polar oil collector like diesel oil proves to be ineffctive in flotation of low-rank coal.To tackle this problem,test is made on the flotation of the noncaking coal of Shaanxi Zhentong Coal Company with the use of a high-efficiency collector,and the result obtained is compared with that in the case of using diesel oil.Through analysis of infrared spectrum,La-bRAM spectrum,X-ray diffraction spectrum and X-ray photoelectron spectrum,and measurement of contact angle with optical instrument,the flotation enhancement mechanism of the high-efficiency collector is brought to light.As revealed by test result,the presence of oxygen-bearing functional groups on coal surface can cause degradation of flotability of coal,and the use of the highefficiency colleetor instead of diesel oil can lead to increase of contact angle of coal and a drop of concentrate ash by 4.06 percentage points.
