A Modified Method for the Transgastric Administration of Rabbit

目的介绍一种行之有效的兔实验给药方法。方法作者在既往实验经验的基础上,提出一种改良的经胃给药方法,并与前述方法作初步比较。结果与前述方法相比,该改良经胃给药方法操作简单、学习时间短、对兔伤害小、效率高、可单人完成。结论改良的经胃给药方法符合实验动物"3R"原则,有利于开展大样本实验的给药操作。

Objective Introducing a modified drug delivery method for the transgastric administration of rabbit.Method On the basis of previous experimental experience,the author introduced a modified drug delivery method for the transgastric administration of rabbit and compared with the prior method. Result Compared with the prior method,the modified method showed simple operation,short learning curve,limited damage,high efficiency and can be done by one person. Conclusion The modified drug delivery method conforms to the principle of"3 R"for experimental animals and is beneficial to take large sample study.
