摘要 目的对SPF小鼠上呼吸道分离到的细菌进行鉴定及携带状况分析。方法按常规检测流程进行细菌分离培养、染色、镜检、生化反应、Vitek 2 compact全自动细菌鉴定。结果 SPF小鼠上呼吸道常见细菌有8种,按细菌携带率分四类,第一类:毗邻颗粒链菌,携带率98.6%;第二类:松鼠葡萄球菌和木糖葡萄球菌,携带率45%~65%;第三类:阴沟肠杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、奇异变性杆菌,携带率25%~45%;第四类:不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌等,携带率10%以下。结论用细菌分离培养方法,经Vitek 2 compact全自动细菌鉴定得出SPF小鼠上呼吸道常见细菌及其携带率。为SPF小鼠群体的微生物质量评估及相关科研项目选择使用SPF小鼠时提供支持。 Objective To analysis the carrying status in common bacteria identified from the upper respiratory tract of SPF mice. Method The bacteria were isolated and cultured, stained, examined under microscope,biochemical reaction,and identified by Vitek 2 compact automatic bacterial identification. Result There were 8 species of common bacteria in the respiratory tract of SPF mice,which were divided into 4 classes according to carrying rate: the first category was 98. 6% carrying rate of Granulicatella adiacens;the second category were45%-65% carrying rate of Staphylococcus sciuri and Sta. xylosus;The third category were Enterobacter cloacae,Escherichia coli,Proteus singularis,which carrying rate were 25%-45%;the fourth category were less than 10%carrying rate of Acinetobacter,Klebsiella pneumoniae. Conclusion The species and carrying rate of common bacteria from the upper respiratory tract from SPF mice were obtained by Vitek 2 compact. This result would provide support for the evaluation of the microbial quality of SPF mice and the selection of SPF mice for scientific research projects.
