1300 t混铁炉内衬材料优化及中修套浇的实践与应用

摘要 对某钢厂1300 t混铁炉内衬耐材搭配及砌筑用火泥进行了优化,采用铝碳化硅浇注料对混铁炉内部侵蚀较严重的兑铁口端墙下部、兑铁侧前后墙渣线部位进行了修补套浇,由此可有效延长混铁炉使用寿命达8个月。该内衬中修套浇技术具有操作工艺简单、耐材消耗及成本低廉等优点。 The refractory matching of the inner linning in 1 300 t iron mixer furnace and the fireclay for masonry were optimized.The slag line parts of the lower part of the end wall and the front and rear walls of the mixer side,which were seriously eroded inside the mixer furnace,were repaired and casted by using aluminum silicon carbide castable,thus effectively prolonging the service life of the mixer furnace for 8 months.The lining repair and casting technology has the advantages of simple operation process,reduced refractory consumption and low cost.
