农村不动产权籍调查数据管理系统设计与实现

Design and implementation of data management system of rural real estate power inventory investigation

加快推进和基本完成农村不动产确权登记、权属审核及登记发证工作,是我国近年来的一项重要任务。文中依据《不动产登记数据库标准》(试行)和《云南省农村不动产确权登记发证实施细则》等相关标准和规程的要求,结合云南省不动产权籍调查工作的实际情况,设计并开发了一套具有批量解析、批量检查、批量入库、批量查询的农村不动产权籍调查数据管理系统,为不动产登记工作提供技术支撑。

It was an important task of acceleraing and completing basically the rural real estate confirmation and registration,the ownership review and the registration and issuance in recent years in China.In the paper,in accordance with the requirements of the"Real Estate Registration Database Standard"(trial implementation)and the"Implementation Rules for the Registration and Issuance of Real Estate Rights in Yunnan Province"and other relevant standards and regulations,the data management system of the rural real estate power inventory investigation was designed and developed with batch analysis,batch inspection,batch storage,and batch query combining with the actual situation of the real estate registration investigation work in Yunnan Province,which could provide technical support for the real estate registration.
