棉花RAV基因家族鉴定及其对石墨烯处理的表达响应

Genome-wide Identification and Expression Profile of Cotton RAV Family Genes in Response to Graphene Treatment

为了探究石墨烯对棉花作物生长发育的影响,我们将棉花种子随机分为空白组和实验组,利用不同浓度石墨烯溶液处理棉花幼苗根系。通过评价棉花植株和根系的生长发育指标,筛选出最佳石墨烯溶液处理浓度。与空白组相比,实验组25 mg/L的石墨烯溶液处理后的棉花植株生长发育状况最好。利用qRT-PCR技术分别检测空白组和25 mg/L实验组棉花的RAV基因家族的17个基因表达量,通过对比发现4个RAV基因表达量受到诱导表达,可能是棉花根系响应石墨烯的靶基因。

In order to explore the effect of graphene on the growth and development of cotton crops, cotton seeds(Gossypium hirsutum L.) were randomly divided into blank group and experimental group, and cotton seedling roots were treated with different concentrations of graphene solutions. The optimal concentration of graphene solution was selected by evaluating the growth and development indexes of cotton plants and roots. Compared with the blank group, cotton plants treated with graphene solution of 25 mg/L in the experimental group had the best growth and development. qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of 17 RAV genes in the cotton gene family of the blank group and the 25 mg/L group, respectively. Through comparison, it was found that the expression levels of 4 RAV genes were induced, which may be the target genes of the cotton root responding to graphene.
