摘要 常规的煤和煤矸石分选方法如湿法分选、γ射线识别、X射线识别等无法兼顾安全简单、快速、高效率的问题,本实验选用频率高、灵敏度高、非接触无损的太赫兹检测技术对煤和煤矸石进行检测。结果显示,在0.2~0.8 THz频谱范围内煤和煤矸石的折射率有明显差别,煤的折射率在1.87附近,煤矸石的折射率在2.25附近;煤矸石的THz透过率高于煤的透过率,煤矸石的透过率在0.25 THz处达到最大值43.8%,煤的THz透过率总体不超过30%。实验表明太赫兹波对煤和煤矸石的物理性质进行探究,根据物质固有的物理特性,可实现物质的识别和筛选。 Conventional wet separation, gamma ray identification, X-ray identification and other coal and gangue separation methods can not take into account the problems of safety, simplicity, rapidity and high efficiency. In this experiment, high frequency,high sensitivity, non-contact and non-destructive terahertz detection technology is selected to detect coal and gangue. The results show that the refractive index of coal and coal gangue is significantly different in the frequency range of 0.2 ~ 0.8 THz. The refractive index of coal is about 1.87, and that of coal gangue is about 2.25. The THz transmittance of coal gangue is higher than that of coal. The transmittance of coal gangue reaches the maximum of 43.8% at 0.25 THz, and the total THz transmittance of coal is less than 30%. Experiments show that terahertz wave can be used to explore the physical properties of coal and gangue, and the identification and screening of materials can be realized according to the inherent physical properties of materials.
