五禽戏对提高大学生“文化自信”的影响

The Influence of Wuqinxi in Improving College Students’ Cultural Self-confidence

采用问卷调查和统计研究方法,以某大学86名大学生为实验对象,通过16周的五禽戏学习,探讨五禽戏对大学生文化自信的影响。调查量表以文化自信包含的中国传统优秀文化、红色革命文化、中国特色社会主义实践及社会主义先进文化等四方面内容,采用知、情、意、行四个层次来评价大学生文化自信的变化。结果表明:五禽戏的学习对提高大学生传统文化认知与实践有显著效果。建议:高校进行文化自信培养时,加强优秀传统文化之"根"性的阐释,加强"接地气"的培养方式,调动家庭与社会共同参与的培养途径,推进大学生文化自信建设。

By using the methods of questionnaire and statistical research, 86 college students in a university were tested for 16 weeks to study the influence of Wuqinxi on their cultural self-confidence. The questionnaire is composed of four aspects: Chinese traditional excellent culture, red revolutionary culture, practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and advanced socialist culture. In this study, knowledge, emotion, will and action are used to evaluate the change of college students’ cultural self-confidence.The results show that: the study of Wuqinxi has a significant effect on improving college students’ cognition and practice of traditional culture. It has no significant influence on the other three aspects of cultural self-confidence. Suggestions: In the process of cultivating cultural self-confidence, colleges should strengthen the explanation of the "root" of excellent traditional culture, strengthen the cultivation mode of "grounding", and mobilize the cultivation way of the common participation of family and society to promote the construction of cultural self-confidence of college students.
