摘要
在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发时期,为了及时治疗高校大学生普遍遭受到的不同程度心理创伤。基于服务设计的思维模式和流程,运用服务设计中的利益相关者地图、户体验地图和服务蓝图等方法。设计了针对大学生心理健康的在线服务产品“医心”。在准确挖掘用户痛点以及需求点的基础之上,“医心”能在线及时、有效缓解甚至解决大学生心理健康问题,在建立完善的体验系统基础之上更好地提升用户体验。
During the coVID-19 outbreak,college students generally suffered different degrees of psychological trauma in order to timely treat them.Based on the thinking mode and process of service design,stakeholder map,user experience map and service blueprint are used in service design.The online service product"Medical heart"aimed at college students'mental health is designed.On the basis of accurately mining users'pain points and demand points,"Medical heart"can online timely and effectively alleviate and even solve the mental health problems of college students,and on the basis of establishing a perfect experience system,better improve the user experience.
