摘要
基于关怀理论提出针对老年人的产品设计策略。文章通过市场调研,将现有老年人产品表达关怀的方式分为三类。根据专家小组讨论结果提出了产品创造关怀体验的三个要素,分别是:解决需求、互动反馈和情感回忆。结合老年人产品需求调研,提出基于关怀理论的老年人产品设计策略。为老年人关怀产品设计提供新思路。
Based on the caring theory,the product design strategy for the elderly is proposed.Through market research,this paper divides the existing products of the elderly into three types of ways of expressing care.According to the results of the panel discussion,three elements of the product to create caring experience were proposed,namely,demand solving,interactive feedback and emotional recall.Combined with the elderly product demand survey,the elderly product design strategy based on the caring theory is proposed.To provide new ideas for the design of elderly care products.
