随着城市化进程不断加快,城市环境问题也日益突出。生态文明建设是城市环境管理的重要内容。为此,本文就立足生态文明视角,深入探究城市环境管理制度的突出问题,并提出创新改革建议,以期为完善环境管理机制提供借鉴。

With the development of urbanization,the problem of urban environment is becoming more and more serious.The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of urban environmental management.Therefore,based on the perspective of ecological civilization,this paper probes into the outstanding problems of urban environmental management system,and puts forward innovative reform proposals,with a view to improving environmental management mechanism for reference.
