电镀行业固体废物环境审计方法研究与展望——以珠三角地区为例

Research and prospect on environmental audit method of solid waste in electroplating industry——Take the pearl river delta as an example

固体废物环境审计是固体废物管理的一项重要手段,能够减少政府管理部门与企事业单位之间的信息不对称,促使企业加强环境管理,达成预期的环境保护目标。我国的固体废物环境审计工作起步较晚,目前主要为理论研究,尚未形成系统的工作方法。本文结合文献研究与实践经验,介绍了国内外环境审计的定义及发展历程,并以珠三角地区为例,阐述了电镀行业固体废物环境审计的工作方法与实施过程,分析了工作中的创新与不足,指出了固体废物环境审计工作的重要意义,最后展望了我国固体废物环境审计工作发展的方向与研究的重点。

Solid waste environmental audit is an important means of solid waste management,which can reduce the information asymmetry between government departments and enterprises and institutions,promote enterprises to strengthen environmental management and achieve the expected environmental protection goals.The environmental audit of solid waste started late in China.At present,it is mainly theoretical research,and has not yet formed a systematic working method.Combined with literature research and practical experience,this paper introduces the definition and development process of environmental audit at home and abroad.Taking the Pearl River Delta region as an example,this paper expounds the working methods and implementation process of environmental audit of solid waste in electroplating industry,analyzes the innovation and shortcomings in the work,points out the important significance of environmental audit of solid waste,and finally prospects the environmental audit of solid waste in China and the direction of work development and the focus of research.
