摘要
多元化教学团队是一种综合性的教学团队形式,在同一领域的教学体系中,融入该领域的基础课教师、专业课教师、企业技术专家、科研人员、行业协会专家等,形成一种能够优势互补的多元化教学团队。在武汉科技大学城市学院环境设计专业多元化教学团队的建设中,我们发现青年教师在教学和科研方面的能力均有待提高,针对此问题,我们在团队建设过程中让青年教师参与进来,为他们提供学习和培训的机会,在搭建优良教学平台的同时为青年教师的职业发展指出具体的方向。
Diversified teaching team is a kind of comprehensive teaching team form.In the same field of teaching system,integrate the basic course teachers,professional course teachers,enterprise technology experts,scientific research personnel,Industry Association experts in this field to form a diversified teaching team with complementary advantages.In the construction of diversified teaching team of environmental design major in City College of Wuhan University of science and technology,we found that the ability of young teachers in teaching and scientific research needs to be improved.In view of this problem,we let young teachers participate in the process of team construction,provide them with learning and training opportunities,While building an excellent teaching platform,it points out specific directions for the professional development of young teachers.
