摘要
反馈对员工行为及绩效的影响一直是组织行为研究的热点议题之一。本文系统回顾了反馈概念、反馈类型、反馈对员工行为及绩效的影响机制。在总结已有研究成果的基础上,分析了组织行为领域反馈研究的发展趋势、争论与不足,以及未来研究方向,构建了反馈影响员工行为及绩效的研究框架模型,即反馈信息通过反馈接收者的认知、动机、态度、情感等一系列中介机制作用其行为与绩效,而情景因素、反馈提供者因素、反馈接受者因素调节了该中介过程。期望能够为后续研究提供参考,抛砖引玉,吸引更多研究者关注中国组织情境下的反馈研究。
In practice,feedback is the most common incentive strategy and tool for correcting employees’behavior,and the impact of feedback on employees’behavior and performance has always been one of the hot topics in organizational behavior research.This paper systematically reviews the concept and types of feedback,and the mechanism of feedback affecting employees’behavior and performance.On the basis of summarizing the existing research results,this paper analyses the disputes and shortcomings,development trends and future research directions in the field of feedback in organizational behavior.This paper constructs a research framework model of feedback affecting employees’behavior and performance.That is,feedback information acts on employees’behavior and performance through a series of mediation mechanisms such as feedback recipient’s cognition,motivation,attitude and emotion while situational factors,feedback providers’factors and feedback receivers’factors moderate the mediation process.It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for future research and attract more researchers to pay attention to the feedback research under the organizational context in China.
