灰色理论视角下农业文化遗产地农民增收对策研究——基于安溪铁观音产地数据的分析

Study on the Countermeasures of Farmers’Income Increasing in Agricultural Heritage from the Perspective of Grey Theory:Based on the Data of Anxi Tieguanyin

农业文化遗产蕴含着深厚的经济、社会、生态、文化等方面价值,为进一步厘清农业文化遗产地影响农民收入的相关因素,进而提出具有针对性的增收对策,文章基于安溪铁观音产地数据,以灰色关联分析方法为工具,以安溪县2010-2018年统计数据为支撑,开展实证研究。从12个方面遴选相关指标,通过构建安溪县农民收入影响因素灰色动态关联矩阵,得出地区生产总值对农民收入的增加影响较大、产业结构对安溪县农民收入贡献的排序为“一、三、二”、从配套产业情况关联度高等结论,厘清农民收入影响因素。最终从农业文化遗产开发的视角,提出注重茶叶绿色生产、完善配套服务设施、提升茶叶加工产品附加值、丰富茶文化休闲活动和加强农业文化人才培养等方面促进农业文化遗产地农民增收的对策。

Agricultural heritage contains profound values such as economic,society,ecology and culture.In order to further clarify the related factors of Agricultural Heritage affecting farmers'income,and then put forward the targeted income countermeasures.In the process of empirical research on farmers’income of Tieguanyin agricultural heritage site in Anxi,this study used grey correlation analysis method,analyzed 12 relevant indicators that supported by the statistical data of 2010-2018,clarified the influencing factors of farmers9 income.Finally put forward the countermeasures to promote the increase of farmers'income from the perspective of agricultural heritage development.
