摘要
目的:为实现医院监管人员对医疗废物的全过程跟踪追溯管理,设计一种医疗废物信息系统。方法:该系统采用PowerBuilder开发工具开发,数据库采用Oracle 11g,配备医疗废物智能回收车、个人数字助手(personal digital assistant,PDA)、远距离射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)读写设备和斑马GK888T标签打印机等硬件。整个医疗废物信息系统可划分为人员权限管理、基础信息设置、在线追溯、异常预警、质量管理和数据分析统计6个功能模块。结果:医疗废物信息系统实现了医疗废物全流程的闭环管理,可避免医疗废物的丢失和泄漏,有效防止院内交叉感染的发生,并且缩短了人工监管时间。结论:医疗废物信息系统有效解决了传统医疗废物回收模式的弊端,实现了医疗废物的可管、可控、可追溯管理,值得推广和应用。
Objective To design a medical waste information system to enable hospital supervisors to track and trace the entire process of medical wastes.Methods A medical waste information system was developed with PowerBuilder development tool and Oracle 11g,whose hardware involved in a medical waste intelligent recovery trolley,a PDA,a remote RFID reader/writer and a Zebra GK888T label printer.The whole system was composed of six function modules for personnel authority management,basic information setting,online traceability,fault warning,quality management and data analysis and statistics.Results The system developed achieved closed-loop management of the whole process of medical wastes,which could avoid the loss and leakage of medical wastes,effectively prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection,and shorten the time of manual supervision.Conclusion The system effectively solves the problems of the traditional medical waste recycling mode and achieves manageable,controllable and traceable management of medical wastes,which is worthy promoting practically.
