摘要
利用电厂生产实时数据接口搭建绩效指标考核平台,探讨基于磨煤机运行绩效指标的管理优化模式,通过磨煤机竞赛绩效得分实现运行水平的量化管理。通过采集磨煤机实时运行参数、设备状态、煤种等多源数据,构建磨煤机运行状态的自动判断逻辑和得分模型,形成磨煤机竞赛得分指标,作为综合的定量考评依据。应用结果表明,磨煤机竞赛得分能实时反映磨煤机组运行水平,得分策略可提供有效的运行操作指导。绩效指标系统投运后,运行人员磨煤机竞赛得分逐渐升高,磨煤机误操作率显著下降。
The real-time performance appraisal system is built based on the large of production data platform to research the quantitative performance index for the management and optimization of coal mills operation. The score of coal mills running competition is proposed. The real-time multi-source data is collected and calculated to form the specific competition score through logical judgment and scoring rules. The application result shows that the specific score can reflect the actual operational performance of coal mills group more objectively and precise, and provides more operable guidance. After the coal mills competition was applied, the operating crew scored higher with the help of scoring rules.The rate of wrong operation of coal mills has a significant decline.
