后疫情时代下的老旧住宅小区节能改造

Energy-saving renovation of old residential districts in the post-epidemic era

摘要 老旧住宅小区的节能改造是我国非常重要的民生工程。一方面,在当今疫情时期,改进老旧住宅小区的建筑热工、空调系统等方面的不足,有利于改善居民疫情时期的居家隔离生活。另一方面,老旧住宅小区有着体量大、能耗大、能源利用率低等特点,不符合我国绿色发展的要求。在此社会背景下,对老旧住宅小区的改造迫在眉睫,应结合本地气候情况、小区现状和疫情形势做到因地制宜。 The energy-saving transformation of old residential areas is a very important livelihood project in China. On the one hand, in the current epidemic period, improving the building thermal engineering and air-conditioning systems of old residential quarters will help improve residents’ home isolation life during the epidemic period. On the other hand, the old residential district has the characteristics of large volume, high energy consumption and low energy efficiency, which does not meet the requirements of green development in China. In this social context, the transformation of old residential quarters is imminent, and measures should be adapted to local conditions based on local climate conditions, community status and epidemic situation.
