KR法铁水脱硫过程铁水混合现象的水模型 被引量:8

Mixing phenomena of hot metal in KR desulfurization process using water modeling

摘要 为了优化铁水脱硫操作工艺,利用水模型研究搅拌桨转速和浸入深度对搅拌效果的影响。针对210 t的铁水包,建立1∶7的比例模型,研究示踪剂注入位置、搅拌桨转速和浸入深度对混匀时间的影响,用混匀时间实验衡量液相混合效果。结果表明,随着搅拌桨转速从110 r/min增加310 r/min,混匀时间缩短了45%,浸入深度为229 mm时有利于液相混合。对于210 t的实际铁水包,KR搅拌的最佳操作参数是搅拌桨转速100 r/min,浸入深度1 600 mm。 The effects of rotation speed and immersion depth of the impeller on stirring were studied in order to optimize the operation process for a 210 t KR ladle by water model. A 1∶7 scaled-down model was built. The mixing time experiment was used to measure the state of liquid mixing. The effects of tracer addition position, rotation speed and immersion depth of impeller on the mixing time were investigated. The results show that with the increase of rotation speed from 110 r/min to 310 r/min, the mixing time decreases by 45%. The immersion depth of 229 mm is favorable for liquid-liquid mixing. For the current 210 t ladle, the best operating parameters for KR stirring are the rotation speed of 100 r/min and the immersion depth of 1 600 mm.
