摘要 过渡电阻是影响基于阻抗法的输电线路故障测距精度的主要因素,利用双端故障录波的测距方法可以从原理上消除过渡电阻的影响,文章介绍双端故障测距方法的工程应用研究,基于云南电网的实际运行数据对测距方法进行验证。利用双端故障录波进行故障测距,首先要解决的问题就是线路两侧非同源录波数据同步问题。本文提出一种综合利用故障分量出现时刻和电压电流相位特征进行线路两侧录波数据同步的方法,根据线路两侧同一时刻感受故障发生的特点,以录波故障分量出现时刻作为初选数据同步时刻,利用线路两侧电压电流间明确的相位关系对初选数据同步时刻进行校正,从而实现两侧录波数据的精确同步。以某一线路单相故障为例对同步方法进行验证。 Transition resistance is the main factor that affects the accuracy of transmission line fault location based on impedance method.Using double-ended fault recording method can eliminate the influence of transition resistance in principle.This series of articles introduces the engineering application of double-ended fault location method Research and verify the ranging method based on the actual operating data of Yunnan Power Grid.When using double-ended fault recorders for fault location,the first problem to be solved is the synchronization of recorder data on both sides of the line.This paper proposes a method to synchronize the recorded data on both sides of the line by comprehensively using the time of occurrence of the fault component and the voltage and current phase characteristics.According to the characteristics of the fault occurrence at the same time on both sides of the line,the occurrence time of the recorded fault component is used as the primary data synchronization At the time,use the clear phase relationship between the voltage and current on both sides of the line to correct the synchronization time of the primary data,so as to realize the accurate synchronization of the recorded data on both sides.Take a single-phase failure of a line as an example to verify the synchronization method.
