摘要
本文根据昆明供电局500 kV草铺变、德宏供电局500 kV德宏变部分压力式温度计受一次设备产生的振动量无法正常运行甚至损坏的情况,在国内电网企业首次以变电站一次设备运行时产生的振动幅值为分析参数,有针对性的采集云南电网6个500 kV变电站噪音较大的一次设备和配套安装的压力式温度计的振动幅值,通过振动标准装置和试验设备进行分析,验证现场采集的振动幅值是影响压力式温度计正常运行的原因。通过研究,初步判断产生影响压力式温度计正常工作的振动幅值为≥16 um。因此,需要对电力系统使用的压力式温度计加入振动参量的实验室型式试验,以便发现由于振动量对压力式温度计带来的影响,为电网的安全运行提供保障。
In this paper,based on the condition that some pressure type thermometers can not operate correctly or even damaged by the vibration generated from primary equipment in 500 kV Caopu Substation,Kunming Power Supply Bureau and 500 kV Dehong Substation,Dehong Power Supply Bureau.Vibration amplitudes generated by primary equipment operation of substation are taken as the analytical parameters,and the vibration amplitudes of 6 noisy primary equipment and pressure type thermometers installed in Yunnan power grid are collected pertinently.The vibration standard devices and test equipment are being analyzed to verify that the vibration amplitudes collected on site consequently affects the normal operation of the pressure type thermometers.Through the research,a preliminarily judgement can be made that the vibration amplitude which affects the normal operation of the pressure type thermometer is≥16 um.Therefore,it is necessary to add vibration parameters to the pressure type thermometers used in the power system in the type test,so as to find out the impact of vibration on the pressure type thermometers,and provide a guarantee for the safety of the power grid operation.
