摘要
南方电网新一代小电流接地选线装置具备选线跳闸、轮切、零序后加速跳闸等功能,实现了10~35 kV中性点不接地或经消弧线圈接地系统单相接地故障的可靠隔离,有效降低了人身触电风险。基于一起小电流接地选线装置不正确动作事件,分析了事件发生的原因,提出了相应的改进措施,并结合配电自动化设备的应用,对相关定值的整定进行了深入分析,提出了指导意见,对于进一步完善小电流接地选线装置功能、规范小电流接地选线装置零序后加速定值整定,提高小电流接地选线装置的运行管理水平具有重要意义。
Due to integration of line detection,round cut and zero-sequence acceleration trip,the new generation ground fault line detection device for non-effectively grounded system can remove single-phase ground fault reliably,and then reduce personal risk of electric shock.Based on a incorrect action of ground fault line detection device,detected the event cause,suggested the improvment,and analyzed the relay setting method.It is very significant to improve the completeness and operating level for ground fault line detection device for non-effectively grounded system.
