摘要
本文基于500 kV中老联网后老挝富余电力回送背景下,为保障电网稳定运行,提升云南电网对老挝回送富余电力的接纳能力,开展云南电网与老挝电网联网的版纳片区电网在完整网架及相关N-1、N-2故障下存在的电网稳定问题计算分析。同时并针对相应的电网稳定问题,提前研究切机、振荡解列等保障电网稳定运行的控制措施,为后续老挝电力顺利回送奠定良好基础。
Based on the 500 kV networking Laos after the surplus electricity back to send a brief background, to ensure the stable op eration, promote yunnan power grid to Laos loopback surplus power acceptance ability, conducted in yunnan power grid and Laos ne tworked resemblance area networks in complete network frame and related of N, N-1-2 failure under the existing power grid stability calculation and analysis.At the same time, in view of the corresponding power grid stability problems, the control measures to ensu re the stable operation of the power grid, such as cutting machine and oscillating decoupling, were studied in advance, laying a good foundation for the subsequent smooth power transmission in Laos.
