摘要
为发展高性能结构功能一体化的新型陶瓷装甲防护材料,采用流延法结合热压烧结法制备了不同结构设计的层状SiC/BN陶瓷,研究了材料的烧结特性、显微结构、力学性能及抗冲击性能。结果表明:层状结构设计可以实现陶瓷材料的强韧化效果,其失效模式为非脆性断裂,保持结构完整性的能力明显提升;弯曲强度410MPa,断裂韧性7.6MPa·m^(^(1/2))。打靶结果表明层状结构具有较好的动态吸能效果与保持结构完整性的能力,可以抵抗多发弹丸冲击:凹陷深度为7.5mm,破碎锥直径40 mm,动态损伤以环向为主,综合防护能力得到明显提升。
Laminated SiC/BN ceramics with different structures were prepared via tape casting and hot pressing sintering to develop high-performance ceramic armor with structural and functional designs.The sinter ability,microstructure,mechanical properties and impact resistance of the prepared ceramics were investigated.The results show that the laminated structure of the ceramics can achieve the strengthening and toughening effects,and the failure mode is non-brittle fracture,and its ability to maintain the structural integrity is improved.The flexural strength of 410 MPa and the fracture toughness of 7.6 MPa·m^(1/2) can be obtained.The bullet shooting results show that the laminated ceramic has a good energy absorption effect and an ability to maintain the structural integrity,which can resist the impact of multiple projectiles.The impact depth is 7.5 mm,the diameter of crushing cone is 40 mm,and the dynamic damage is mainly circumferential damage.The comprehensive protection ability is improved.
