摘要
从基础理论出发,构建出一套从机柜到室外环境的相变换热制冷循环系统,使用制冷剂气泵、制冷剂液泵、蒸发冷凝及重力热管等技术,高效地将服务器散发的热量搬运到室外环境中,整个过程没有中间换热环节,将蒸发温度和冷凝温度的差值做到最小。试验测试结果表明,在全国核心城市数据中心应用此套制冷方案,全年平均能效比达到20以上。同时,该系统还具有峰值能效高、适用性、兼容性等优势,进一步降低数据中心的建设和运行成本。
Based on the basic theory,a phase change refrigeration cycle system from cabinet to outdoor environment is constructed,which uses gas pump,liquid pump,evaporation condensation,gravity heat pipe technology and so on.This system can transport the heat from the server to the outdoor environment efficiently and there is no intermediate heat exchange in the whole process.Therefore,this system can minimize the difference between evaporation temperature and condensation temperature.The test results show that the cooling system annual average energy efficiency ratio can be above 20 when it is used in the national core city data center.At the same time,the system also has the advantages of high peak energy efficiency,applicability and compatibility,which further reduces the construction and operation costs of the data center.
