新冠疫情背景下我国公共卫生体系研究现状的可视化分析

Visualized analysis of the research status of China’s public health system under the background of COVID-19 epidemic

目的揭示新冠疫情发生后我国公共卫生体系研究的现状,为进一步完善我国公共卫生体系提出可供参考的建议。方法检索新冠疫情发生后中国知网中收录的我国公共卫生体系研究的文献,采用文献计量学方法、利用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果我国公共卫生体系研究的发文量先快速增加后平稳减少;研究力量集中于高校和医疗卫生机构,沈群红是发文量最多的作者,上海市卫生健康委员会是科研成果最多的机构;研究主题集中于“公共卫生”“疫情防控”和“公共卫生体系”。结论提高应对突发公共卫生事件能力、完善基层医疗机构公共卫生体制建设、培养公共卫生人才队伍、加强公共卫生体系建设的研究与完善、重视其他医学相关学科的地位将是未来公共卫生体系建设的重点。

Objective To reveal the research status of China’s public health system after the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic,and put forward some suggestions for reference for further improvement of China’s public health system.Methods The literature on China’s public health system was retrieved from CNKI after the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic,and visual analysis was performed by using bibliometrics method and CiteSpace software.Results The number of public health system research papers in China increases rapidly at first and then decreases steadily.The research strength is concentrated in universities and medical and health institutions.Shen Qunhong publishes the most papers,and Shanghai Municipal Health Commission is the institution with the most scientific research achievements.The research topics focus on"public health""epidemic prevention and control"and"public health system".Conclusion Improving the ability to respond to public health emergencies,improving the public health system construction of primary medical institutions,training public health personnel,strengthening the research and improvement of public health system construction,and attaching importance to the status of other medical-related disciplines will be the focus of the future public health system construction.
