公共除颤的障碍因素及解决方案新进展

系统检索中国知网、万方、Pubmed、WebofScience数据库中关于公共除颤(publicaccessdefibrillator,PAD)的相关文献,通过对文献分析与总结,了解PAD国内外研究现状,明确公共除颤的障碍因素,在此基础上提出解决方案及建议,即建立健全公共除颤的法律法规,提高公众对公共除颤的认知,优化公共场所自动体外除颤器(AED)配置,运用现代科技手段管理公共场所的AED,建立紧急调度中心、医疗机构、AED位置信息、公众一体化网络,以期为我国公共除颤的发展提供参考依据。

The relevant literature on public access defibrillator(PAD)was searched in CNKI,Wanfang,Pubmed and Web of Science databases.Through analyzing and summarizing the literature,the status of PAD in China and abroad is grasped,the obstacles to PAD is figured out,and on the basis of this,solutions and suggestions are proposed,laws and regulations on PAD are established and improved,and the awareness of public about PAD is improved,the configuration of AEDs in public places is recognized and optimized,and modern technology is used to manage AEDs in public places.Then integrated network of emergency dispatch centers,medical institutions,AED location information and the public is established in order to provide a reference for the development of public defibrillation in China.
