基于PDCA循环理论的医院疫情防控应急志愿服务管理模式探索

Exploration of emergency voluntary service management mode in hospital epidemic prevention and control based on PDCA circulation theory

介绍PDCA循环理论的概念及在医院管理工作中的应用。结合新型冠状病毒(新冠)肺炎疫情防控工作,提出医院疫情防控中应急志愿服务PDCA“闭环式”管理流程,并对实践应用过程进行介绍。PDCA循环理论的应用提升了医院疫情防控应急志愿服务管理效能,改善了管理品质,建立了良性管理循环。为进一步完善医院疫情防控应急志愿服务管理模式,提出五点建议:建立可持续发展的统筹协调机制、坚持以需求为导向、提升应急志愿服务现代化管理水平、加强应急志愿者能力建设、持续提升应急保障服务能力。

This study introduces the concept of PDCA circulation theory and its application in hospital management.Combined with the prevention and control of the COVID-19,the emergency voluntary service PDCA"closed-loop"management process in hospital epidemic prevention and control is proposed,and the practical application process is introduced.The application of PDCA circulation theory promotes the management efficiency,improves the management quality and establishes a benign management cycle of emergency voluntary service in hospital epidemic prevention and control.In order to perfect the management mode of emergency voluntary service in hospital epidemic prevention and control,five suggestions are put forward:establishing the overall coordination mechanism of sustainable development,adhering to the demand-oriented,improving the modernized management of emergency volunteer service,strengthening the capacity of emergency volunteers,and enhancing their ability to provide support services.
