摘要
目的为推进全民减盐行动,了解我国居民使用预包装食品钠含量标识的影响因素。方法采用logistic回归分析与决策树CHAID算法,研究全国1610个受访居民使用预包装食品钠含量标识的影响因素,再基于接受者操作特征(ROC)曲线和AUC评价影响因素的有效性。结果logistic回归分析的影响因素是钠含量标识作用认知(OR=2.339,P<0.001)、盐知识水平(OR=2.249,P<0.001)、重视健康饮食(OR=2.285,P=0.013)和健康状况(OR=1.424,P=0.006);决策树CHAID算法中,盐知识水平发挥了直接且最大的作用,并且钠含量标识作用认知、城乡所在地和健康状况产生了间接的影响。结论盐知识水平是两种分析方法中准确性效果最高又直接的影响因素,普及盐知识和提升居民的盐知识水平可能更有助于提高钠含量标识使用率。
Objective To promote of national salt reduction action and identify factors affecting the use of sodium content labeled in prepackaged food in China.Methods Adopting the logistic regression and decision tree CHAID algorithm based on a Chinese national sample of 1610 residents.And then effectiveness of determinants was examined by ROC curve and AUC.Results The influencing factors were perception of sodium content labeled function(OR=2.339,P<0.001),salt knowledge level(OR=2.249,P<0.001),emphasis on healthy diet(OR=2.285,P=0.013)and health status(OR=1.424,P=0.006).It was also found that salt knowledge level affected the use behavior directly and largely,and health status and perception effects had negative linkage by decision tree CHAID algorithm.Conclusion It is concluded that salt knowledge level associated with the use behavior directly with the most accurate effect.Therefore,increased utilization rate of the sodium content labeling may be achieved by the popularization salt knowledge and improvement residents’salt knowledge.
