中国与柬埔寨社会组织合作参与柬埔寨贫困先心病儿童医疗救助工作探讨

Discussion on China and Cambodia social organizations jointly participation in the medical assistance for children with congenital heart disease in Cambodia

目的分析中国与柬埔寨社会组织合作参与贫困先心病儿童医疗救助过程结果,为“一带一路”跨境卫生合作提供参考。方法2018年1月—2019年7月,中柬社会组织合作参与柬埔寨五个省4次筛查工作中,采用横断面调查方法、现场观察法以及个人深入访谈法,将柬埔寨先心病儿童的医疗救助活动分为四个阶段,分别收集中柬社会组织不同分工,对社工服务情况进行分析。结果中柬社会组织协作,参与完成了38652名柬埔寨儿童筛查,82例患儿确诊。柬埔寨5省社区儿童先天性心脏病检出情况无差异(P>0.05)。结论中柬社会组织和谐合作参与贫困先心病儿童救助,保证了援外项目产出结果及质量。

Objective To analyze the results of cooperative participation of Cambodia and China social organizations participation in medical assistance of impoverished congenital heart disease children(ICHD),to provide reference for"the Belt and Road Initiative"cross-border health cooperation.Methods From January,2018 to July,2019,bilateral social organizations participated in five provinces of Cambodia 4 times to screen work.Cross-sectional survey method,field observation and individual in-depth interview method were used.Medical assistance of congenital heart disease children’s medical treatment activity in Cambodia were divided into four stages.Social work services under different division of labor in Cambodia were collected and analyzed.Results In collaboration with Chinese and Cambodian social organizations,38652 Cambodian children were screened,and 82 cases were confirmed.There was no difference in the detection of CHD among children from communities in the five provinces of Cambodia(P>0.05).Conclusion The harmonious and cooperative participation of Chinese and Cambodian social organizations in the ICHD social service ensures the result and quality of a Chinese aid project.
