基于共同缔造理念下的类型化农村住宅设计——以山东省郓城县后彭庄村为例

Typed farmhouse design based on the concept of joint creation:a case study of Houpengzhuang Village,Yuncheng County,Shandong Province

农村住宅的建设是人居环境改善的重点项目之一,对推动我国的乡村振兴有重要意义.面对复杂的乡村建设现状,传统的人居模式凸显出缺乏实地调研、户型设计僵化、村民满意度低、推广性差等弊端,如何探索一条适应农村现状的农宅建设之路已迫在眉睫.通过对山东省郓城县后彭庄村农村住宅的实地走访调查,介绍了当地农宅的基本状况,分析总结出存在的问题,在政府主导、村民主体、市场参与的共同缔造模式下,结合山东省美丽村居建设的具体要求,提出了农宅类型化设计方案,并对农宅类型化设计策略和方法进行了探讨.

The construction of rural dwellings is one of the key projects for improving the living environment,and is of great significance for the revitalization of rural areas in China.In the face of complex rural construction,the traditional residential construction mode has gradually revealed the shortcomings of lacking on-the-spot investigation,rigid house design,low villager satisfaction,and poor promotability,etc.,so it is urgent to explore a way of farmhouse that can adapt to the current rural status.This paper introduces the basic situation of local farmhouse through the field survey of rural houses in Houpengzhuang Village,Yuncheng County,Shandong Province,analyzes the existing problems,and combines them under the integrated mode of government leadership,villager orientedness and market participation.With the specific requirements for beautiful-village construction project in Shandong Province,this paper proposes a farmhouse design and discusses the design strategy concerning rural houses.
