发动机铝合金缸盖低压铸造的数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 为解决发动机铝合金缸盖铸造工艺中存在的表面质量差、夹渣、气孔等铸造缺陷难以控制的问题,采用AnyCasting软件对发动机铝合金缸盖进行低压铸造数值模拟.通过对充型过程、凝固过程的温度场和缺陷进行观察分析,优化铸造冷却系统,实现铸件自下而上顺序凝固,保证了金属液平稳充型、排气、积渣充分,从而提高了缸盖品质.数值模拟方法辅助工艺人员优化工艺,对铸造生产实践有指导意义. To solve the problems of casting defects such as poor surface quality,slag inclusion and porosity in the aluminum alloy cylinder head of the engine produced by traditional casting,the software of AnyCasting is used to simulate the low pressure casting.In order to improve the quality of cylinder head,the temperature field and the defects in the filling process and solidification process are observed and analyzed,and the cooling systems is optimized to realize the bottom-up sequential solidification of castings and to ensure the smooth filling of metal liquid,sufficient exhaust and sufficient slag accumulation.As a result,the numerical simulation method can assist the technologists to optimize the process,which is of guiding significance to the casting production practice.
