摘要
【目的】为了解缓释肥及氮和磷肥配施对滇油杉(Keteleeria evelyniana)野生移栽苗木生长和生物量影响,提供其壮苗培育施肥的科学依据。【方法】于云南省昆明市宜良县禄丰村国有林场尖山林区,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交设计,对苗龄约3 a生的滇油杉野生移栽苗,开展缓释肥、氮和磷肥(每个因素3水平)配施的试验研究,于2019年2月开始施肥,施肥0.5和1 a后测定苗木生长量(地径和苗高)和生物量(施肥1a后,测定根、干和针叶)。【结果】施肥后处理组合间地径和苗高增长率均具有显著的差异影响。施肥0.5 a后,处理组合的地径和苗高增长率分别为73.75%~104.38%和81.08%~129.26%(对照的41.04%和50.22%),影响地径和苗高生长的主导因子分别是缓释肥和磷肥;施肥后0.5~1 a期间,上述此2指标分别达15.60%~47.76%和14.59%~59.86%(对照的13.7%和17.19%),缓释肥与磷肥的交互作用是影响地径和苗高生长的主导因子。施肥1 a后,处理组合苗木的根、干、叶和单株苗木生物量分别为1.048~2.076、0.214~0.626、0.345~0.901和1.709~3.317 g/株(对照的1.008、0.236、0.380和1.624 g/株)。【结论】施缓释肥、尿素和磷肥分别为1.00、0.10和0.25 g/株配施,促进滇油杉苗木的生长和生物量积累。
【Objective】The purpose of the experiment is to understand the effects of slow-release fertilizer combined applying nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer on the growth involved biomass accumulation of transplanted wild seedlings of Keteleeria evelyniana,which was expected to offer fertilization references for raising seedlings of the species.【Method】At Jianshan Forest Zone of Lufengcun National Forestry Farm of Yiliang County,Kunming City,Yunnan Province,the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal design was employed to implement the trial of matching fertilization with slow-release fertilizer(SRF),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)fertilizers(3 levels per factor)for transplanted 3-year-old K.evelyniana wild seedlings.The trial was carried out in February 2019,and the growth[basal diameters(BDs)and seedling heights(SHs)]and biomass(stem,root and needle,respectively,after fertilized for 1 year)parameters were measured after fertilized for 0.5 and 1.0 year.【Result】There were significant differences in growth rate of DB and SH among treatment combinations(TCs)after fertilization.At a half of a year after fertilization,the BD and SH increment rates of TCs were 73.75%-104.38%and 81.08%-129.26%(the control were41.04%and 50.22%).The dominant factor affecting the BD and SH increment rates were the SRF and P,respectively;during half a year to one year after fertilization,these two parameters were 15.60%-47.76%and 14.59%-59.86%(the control were 13.7%and 17.19%),the interaction between the SRF and P was the dominant factor affecting the growth rates of both parameters.One year after fertilization,the biomass of root,stem,needle and individual seedling of the TCs were 1.048-2.076,0.214-0.626,0.345-0.901,and 1.709-3.317 g/seedling,(the control were 1.008,0.236,0.380 and 1.624 g/seedling),respectively.【Conclusion】The mixed 1.00,0.01 and 0.25 g/seedling of the SRF,N and P fertilizer could be facilitated the growth and biomass accumulation of K.evelyniana seedlings.
