摘要
康岭滑坡位于鹤峰县城关镇,2013年3月变形加剧,滑坡中部、后部均出现裂缝,部分房屋倒塌或成为危房,严重威胁人民生命财产的安全。利用勘察成果资料在阐述滑坡地质环境与基本特点的基础上,运用地貌学和工程地质力学理论方法对滑坡变形失稳影响因素及机制进行分析,并提出城镇规划和建设中应遵循先治理、后开发、合理规划、科学规范人类活动的防灾原则和建议。
The Kangling landslide is located in Chengguan Town,Hefeng County.In March 2013,the deformation intensified.Cracks appeared in the middle and back of the landslide,and some houses collapsed or became dangerous houses,seriously threatening the safety of people's lives and property.After the danger occurred,the local government organized the evacuation of the people and houses on the slope.Based on the geological environment and basic characteristics of landslide,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and mechanism of landslide deformation and instability,and puts forward some suggestions for urban planning and construction.
