乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗宫颈糜烂伴慢性宫颈炎的效果

Study on Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of cervical erosion combined with chronic cervicitis

目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗宫颈糜烂合并慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月高唐县人民医院收治的88例宫颈糜烂合并慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组患者采取宫颈环形电切术常规治疗,观察组患者在接受宫颈环形电切术治疗的基础上给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。观察并比较两组患者的阴道出血时间、出血量、创口愈合时间及治疗效果。结果观察组阴道出血时间、创口愈合时间均短于对照组;观察组阴道出血量少于经血量的比例为86.36%,高于对照组的65.91%;观察组治疗总有效率为97.73%,明显高于对照组的81.82%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊应用于宫颈糜烂合并慢性宫颈炎的临床效果较好,相比常规宫颈环形电切术治疗,可以明显缩短阴道出血时间及创口愈合时间,减少阴道出血量,从而减轻患者病痛及心理负担,提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of cervical erosion combined with chronic cervicitis.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,88 patients with cervical erosion combined with chronic cervicitis treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure,while the observation group was given Lactobacillus vaginal capsule on the basis of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure.The vaginal bleeding time,bleeding volume,wound healing time and the treatment effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The vaginal bleeding time and wound healing time of the observation group were less than those of the control group;the proportion of vaginal bleeding less than menstrual blood in the observation group was 86.36%,which was higher than65.91% in the control group;the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in cervical erosion combined with chronic cervicitis was better,compared with conventional loop electrosurgical excision procedure,which could significantly shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and wound healing,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,so as to reduce the pain and psychological burden of patients,and improve the treatment efficiency,which was worth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
