心理护理干预对高龄髋部骨折患者术后的效果

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on elderly patients with hip fracture after operation

目的分析高龄髋部骨折患者术后给予心理护理干预的效果。方法选取2019年3月-2020年3月期间天津市职业病防治院收治的100例高龄髋部骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者术后给予常规护理,包括病情监测、生活指导以及环境护理等,观察组患者在常规护理基础上重点给予心理护理干预,观察干预前后两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分以及干预前后的髋关节功能评分表(Harris)评分。结果干预后,两组患者的HAMA评分和HAMD评分均明显低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的HAMA评分和HAMD评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的Harris评分均明显高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Harris评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄髋部骨折患者术后给予心理护理干预,有助于改善患者不良情绪及髋关节功能,促使患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on elderly patients with hip fracture after operation.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hip fracture treated in Tianjin Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group according to random number table method.After the operation,the patients in the control group were given routine nursing,including condition monitoring,life guidance and environmental nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) score and hip function rating scale(Harris) score before and after the intervention were observed.Results After the intervention,the HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After the intervention,the Harris scores of the two groups were significantly higher than that before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Harris score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for elderly patients with hip fracture after operation could help to improve their bad mood and hip joint function,and promote their early recovery.
