肠道菌群失调与肥胖关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between intestinal flora imbalance and obesity

随着经济水平的快速发展以及人们生活水平的提高,肥胖人群所占比例越来越高。肥胖不仅给人们的生活带来不便,同时也对身体健康产生不利影响。肥胖与糖尿病、心脑血管病等一些代谢相关性疾病的发生息息相关。所以,人们一旦身体肥胖,其他疾病的发生风险就会增加,严重影响了人们的身体健康。近年来大量研究发现,肠道菌群失调与肥胖的发生密切相关。越来越多的资料和数据显示,肠道内菌群与肥胖以及胰岛素抵抗等相关代谢疾病的发生有着紧密联系,两者之间的关系也逐渐得到研究人员的重视。肠道内的菌群与能量代谢有关,与此同时也会导致脂肪过量囤积,导致肥胖的发生。本文对有关肠道菌群失调与肥胖发生的相关性及机制研究的文献进行综述,以期为肥胖的预防及治疗提供一些参考依据。

With the rapid development of economic level and the improvement of people’s living standard,the proportion of obese people is higher and higher.Obesity not only brings inconvenience to people’s life,but also has adverse effects on their health.Obesity is closely related to diabetes,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other metabolic related diseases.Therefore,once people are obese,the risk of other diseases will increase,seriously affecting people’s health.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that intestinal flora imbalance is closely related to the occurrence of obesity.More and more information and data show that intestinal flora is closely related to obesity,insulin resistance and the incidence of other metabolic diseases,and the relationship between the two has gradually attracted the attention of researchers.The intestinal flora is related to energy metabolism,but also leads to excessive fat accumulation,which leads to obesity.This paper reviews the literature on the relationship and mechanism between intestinal flora imbalance and obesity,in order to provide some reference for the prevention and treatment of obesity.
