右美托咪定的临床麻醉效果研究进展

With the development of clinical anesthesia medicine gradually improved,people’s demand for medication scheme is higher and higher in clinical anesthesiology.Anesthetic drugs can help patients to relieve pain and help control the effect of surgical treatment.At the same time,it is found that the safety and pharmacological analysis of narcotic drugs are also more critical in the guidance of narcotic drugs for patients.Only the pharmacology and clinical use of anesthetic drugs are scientific and reasonable,so as to meet the needs of patients.Dexmedetomidine,as one of the commonly used anesthetic drugs,has high application value in clinical anesthesia.Relevant studies have confirmed that dexmedetomidine treatment can improve the anesthetic effect of patients,and the safety of the whole medication guidance is high,which can meet the needs of clinical medication guidance of patients.Therefore,this paper reviewes the research progress of clinical anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine,mainly expounds the pharmacological classification,mechanism of action,clinical application effect and clinical safety evaluation of dexmedetomidine and the role of dexmedetomidine in clinical anesthesia and the medication guidance program,in order to provide reference for clinical anesthesia medication guidance.
