摘要
目的观察盐酸贝那普利片联合尿毒清颗粒治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选取2019年5-11月天津市东丽区军粮城医院全科门诊收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予盐酸贝那普利片,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用尿毒清颗粒。观察两组患者治疗后24 h尿微量清蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮的变化及总有效率。结果治疗后,两组24 h尿微量清蛋白、肌酐及尿素氮均明显低于治疗前,且观察组24 h尿微量清蛋白、肌酐及尿素氮均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用盐酸贝那普利片与尿毒清颗粒治疗早期糖尿病肾病,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with Niaoduqing granules in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods From May to November 2019,120 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to the general outpatient department of Tianjin Dongli Junliangcheng Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given benazepril hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was given Niaoduqing granules on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the changes of urine microalbumin in 24 h,creatinine and urea nitrogen and the total effective rate were observed.Results After treatment,24 h urinary microalbumin,creatinine and urea nitrogen of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment;24 h urinary microalbumin,creatinine and urea nitrogen of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 85.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of benazepril hydrochloride tablets and Niaoduqing granules in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy was effective,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
