摘要 文章分析了连续流动分析-分光光度法在丹东地区水体中氨氮检测的准确度和精密度,并对其检测质量控制措施进行了剖析。试验表明:连续流动分析-分光光度法可实现水体氨氮的快速、连续检测,检测样品的精密度和准确度均可满足国家水质检测的标准要求。 This paper analyzes the accuracy and precision of continuous flow analysis-spectrophotometry in the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water bodies in Dandong area,and analyzes the quality control measures of the determination.The test shows that the continuous flow analysis-spectrophotometric method can realize the rapid and continuous detection of ammonia nitrogen in the water body,and the precision and accuracy of the test samples can meet the national water quality testing standards.
