摘要
以某运营商数据中心为例,实地勘察收集了该机房的环境温度数据、风量数据、功率能耗数据和制冷系统数据,并利用主流CFD软件对其进行了专业分析比较,针对分析结果对机房现状及存在的问题作出了相应评估和优化。借助CFD仿真软件,通过设置导流装置、隔离冷/热气流混流、调整送风地板开孔率等措施优化气流组织,达到消除冷点、减小温差、精确送风,预计空调系统平均节能率在20%左右,可有效改善机房热环境,避免数据中心局部地区过冷或过热,达到较优的节能效果。
Data center of an operator is taken as an example,environmental temperature data,air volume data,power consumption data and refrigeration system data of the computer room are collected and the professional analysis and comparison are carried out by using the mainstream CFD software of the market.According to the analysis results,the current situation and existing problems of the computer room are evaluated and optimized.With the aid of CFD simulation software of air distribution,the air distribution is optimized by setting diversion device,isolating the mixed flow of cold and hot air,adjusting the opening rate of air supply floor and other measures,so as to eliminate the cold point,reduce the temperature difference,accurately supply air,and predict the average energy saving rate of the air conditioning system in the future About 20%,it can effectively improve the thermal environment of the computer room,avoid overheating in local areas of the data center,avoid cold and hot,and achieve better energy-saving effect.
