摘要
以基础环式风机基础为研究对象,建立一种基于位移传感器的监测系统,对健康及亚健康风机基础进行动态位移监测,以风机基础动态偏移量为风机基础损伤的量化指标,分析影响风机基础动态偏移量大小的具体因素。监测结果表明,在风力发电机正常运行阶段,风机基础动态偏移量的大小与风速和轮毂转速呈多项式函数关系。
Taking the wind turbine foundation in the form of a basic ring as the research object,a monitoring system based on displacement sensors is established to monitor the dynamic displacement of the healthy and sub-healthy wind turbine foundation,taking the dynamic offset of the wind turbine foundation as the quantitative index of the damage of the wind turbine foundation,analysis of specific influencing factors that affect the size of the dynamic offset of the wind turbine foundation.The monitoring results show that:in the normal operation stage of the wind turbine,the deviation of the foundation of the wind turbine has a polynomial function relationship with the wind speed and the wheel speed of the hub.
