Waigaoqiao power plant has run for 26 years,because of the changing of electric power supply,the aging of equipment and the demand of company transition,equipment maintenance cost is in high level and the completion rate of equipment maintenance needs to be improved.This article will focus on how to"Plan、Budget、Assess、Motivate"(JYKJ for short according to the acronym of its Chinese pingyin)management system apply in work of plant equipment maintenance to ensure safety and stability of equipment operation with limited funds by improving equipment management so as to stimulate employee’s initiative and creativity.
