办公楼加装分布式能源的结构优化探讨

摘要 针对一栋已建成并投运10多年的综合办公楼在裙楼屋顶加装分布式能源系统,对建筑结构改造进行了分析,重点论述了主要设备与主体结构的连接、承载力的优化、设备振动的影响、烟囱的固定及外围护结构的设置等,通过优化设计实现了分布式能源与周围环境和景观的和谐统一,取得了良好的示范效果,为今后类似工程起到抛砖引玉的作用。 Focused on some existing comprehensive office building which has been built 10 years ago,the author analyzes building structure for added distributed energy system renovation on rooftop of attached building.It discusses connection between main equipment and main structure,optimization of bearing capacity,influence of equipment vibration,fixing of chimney and setting of external envelope structure etc.Through optimization design it realizes harmony with surrounding environment and landscape.Distributed energy system achieves great demonstration effect and puts forward reference for future related projects.
